I am beyond exciting to bring to you one of my favorite interviews to date. With the Zaya Show!! We talk about Zaya's coming out story and get educated on pronouns he/him/his, she/her/hers, they/them because I know I'm not the only that gets confused. But there is nothing wrong with asking(: Things are constantly evolving and the important thing is that we evolve too.
This weeks topic is discovering you identity! Which is very important. Own who you are and don't be afraid to try and figure out who that is. I feel like we constantly are trying to figure out our identities, like a never ending cycle. I am here to tell you that it is essential to growth. I love to compare discovering a new identity to remodeling a kitchen. You either gotta rip everything out and start from scratch or you change a few things here and there. Decide if you like your current identity and want to tweak a few things are start from scratch!!! Either way this podcast episode is going to guide you into figuring out who/what that identity is.
