In this weeks episode we talk all about body image. Things that I have found helpful (like grow up lol & not owning a scale), and things that I have found unhelpful (like restricting yourself, and holding to a harsh diet. It's something that most of us go through and its completely normal to not love your body 100% of the time!!
We also discuss how "ideas have an expiration date." Which is honestly an eye opener. How many times have you had a good idea and it just sat in your notes page to die? My bestie taught me this and I am forever indebted to her. YOU NEED TO ACT ON YOUR IDEAS. Its the only way.
